Ok, here is the workout… you are going to do 5 rounds of these exercises with no rest in the middle. It should take about 20 minutes. Make sure that you are breathing
5 chin ups (if you don’t have a chin up bar, do curls)
10 push ups
15 V-up sit ups
25 Squats
Repeat 5X
